Casa al mare
Adaptation for Two Families on Vacation
In this privileged geographical context, just 300 meters from the sea, the project considers the system of single-family homes, used exclusively during the summer, into which it integrates as part of the landscape.
Inside, the design proposes a neutral, almost aseptic space where orientation is guided by glimpses of the surrounding panorama. Architectural elements such as stone steps, small porthole openings and designed level changes are connecting the spaces.
All floors are made of locally sourced Orosei stone, cut into different formats to suit the size of the rooms, creating soft, textured patterns.
