Connection and Renovation of Two Apartments

The project combines two apartments on different floors into a single-family home with generous outdoor spaces: a south-facing terrace, a north-facing loggia, and a linear balcony.

The chosen layout places the sleeping area on the larger lower floor and the living area on the upper floor, connected to the rooftop terrace.

A vertical void links the levels with a metal and wood staircase that doubles as a bookshelf, ending in a smart working space on the lower floor.

The upper floor features a large kitchen, dining area, living room, and studio room, organized around a central service core. The lower floor divides in two private areas for the mothers and their daughters, ensuring privacy and functionality.
